This topic shows you how to install and configure Google Map module.

1. Download the Google Map module.
2. Log into admin panel and open “Extensions->Manage->Install”. Choose the downloaded module and install it.

3. Now you are able to configure the module. In the main menu click “Extensions” and choose “Modules”, then open “Google map” module.
4. At the “Marker options” tab you can set markers coordinates and appearances. You can type coordinates manually or insert address and get it automatically. Also, you can set a custom marker icon (just put a link to the icon) and follow info window (it will be shown after click by marker).

5. At the “Module” tab you can set zoom, height and width, map type and align method. Also, you must register your site here and get Google Map API key.

6. You can put the module in the different position on the page. Click the drop-down list next to the position setting and select location for the module. Open “Menu Assignment” tab and choose preferable option (Show module: On all pages/No pages/ Only on the pages selected/ On all pages except those selected).

After that change “Status” on “Published”. 7. You can add the google map module to an article. In the top menu click “Content”, choose “Articles” and open article which you want. Then write in the content field {loadmodule mod_google_map} .
